🌮Absolutely no one is making tacos like Better Call Salsa - all made from scratch on heirloom corn tortillas. These are like gourmet farm to table tacos - straight from a food truck. 🐖You gotta get the cider braised pork collar with pickled apple, mustard seeds, cabbage, and fresh salsa. 🍄‍🟫 The wild mushroom taco came with sweet peppers, grilled panela cheese, radish, salsa morita. 🍍 Or the chicken adobado - with burnt pineapple, cabbage, avocado and salsa crudo. All their tacos pack a powerful flavor punch and the textures are so pleasing. 🍋They also make churros from scratch piped directly into the fryer to order ...which have to be the best I’ve ever had.
