The first day of TutuSchool-Charlotte! So much fun to see some old friends and meet new ones. Jeremy Bernardoni taught men's doublets today, Summer Collins taught Basic Leotards, and Claudia taught a new, 16-piece peasant bodice pattern. Tonight we made some dance boots. Lots of excellent, creative work! Tomorrow, we finish the men's projects, and move on to a few tiaras, some dance dresses and Advanced Leotards. Here in the Charlotte area? Bodice is our 6-piece pattern. We used red organza and black ruffled lace for the skirt and stretch velvet, lined with powernet for the bodice.
