Project Spotlight: Meta Lab – Wynn Plaza Shops, Las Vegas, NV

Meta Lab Las Vegas, the new experiential pop-up at the Wynn Plaza Shops where tech lovers can try on Meta’s latest AI glasses, enjoy hands-on demos, and customize their Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta gear with engravings, stickers, and limited-edition items, with BAUTEC Engineering providing the electrical design for this fast-paced retail fit-out.

Project Spotlight: Tacos Chiwas – Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Terminal 4)

We’re proud to highlight our recently completed project with the opening of Tacos Chiwas, a beloved local restaurant bringing the flavors of Chihuahua, Mexico to travelers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport—one of the busiest terminals in the country.

BAUTEC Engineering provided electrical design services for this tenant improvement that transformed two existing restaurant spaces into a vibrant new fast-casual restaurant and margarita bar.

Project Spotlight: Confidential Manufacturing Client

We’re proud to highlight a recently completed project supporting a production line expansion for a vacuum-insulated panel manufacturer serving the pharmaceutical cold-chain industry.

BAUTEC Engineering provided electrical and fire alarm design for a new manufacturing line, along with upgrades to the building’s HVAC, lighting, and compressed air systems within a 12,000 SF area of the client’s existing 200,000 SF facility.

When the client mentioned they lacked accurate as-built documentation, our team went the extra mile—tracing and mapping the facility’s electrical distribution system to develop a new electrical riser diagram for their maintenance team. The client was extremely grateful for the added support, and we were happy to help deliver lasting value beyond the project scope.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: ROADIES PIT STOP – Naples, FL

We’re excited to share our recently completed project for Roadies Pit Stop, a fast-paced, high-energy drive-thru coffee concept inspired by car culture and music.

BAUTEC Engineering provided full MEP design services for this innovative modular construction project, which included the main drive-thru building and a detached ordering canopy.

We’re out on site performing a 3D Matterport scan of a 200,000+ SF industrial facility in preparation for an upcoming process retooling.
