Introducing Alex, Restaurant Constance’s new General Manager!⚡⚡ An Atlanta native, Alex discovered her love for hospitality at just 15, and it quickly became her calling. From fine dining to creative pursuits in music and makeup, she’s always been drawn to crafting meaningful experiences for guests. Since relocating to Charlotte in 2023, Alex has brought her passion for thoughtful, precise, and heartfelt service to RC. She leads with intention, empowering our team to treat every guest like family and every meal like a celebration. When she’s not in the dining room, you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes, tending her garden, birdwatching, or hanging out with her cat. Named for his eldest daughter and meaning “steadfast,” Restaurant Constance is the fruition of a dream for Chef Sam Diminich and the next phase of growth for Your Farms Your Table Restaurant Group, a creative culinary company he launched during the pandemic to meet customer needs and support local farmers in the region.
