Hi! I’m Lo! My Superpower / What differentiates me? Being a Mindset Alchemist.
Yes, I’m currently branding myself as a “Peak Performance and Leadership Coach” as it’s a lot of what I do, but at the CORE of EVERYTHING I do - and what makes me unique - is my focus on mindset for myself and for my clients… on the big things and the small ones.
❓Why does this matter?
For starters, researchers have found that on average, 70% of our default thoughts and beliefs are negative and disempowering. 😔
🔍Additionally, our brain looks for evidence to support our beliefs and will ignore everything to the contrary. (I’ve seen crazy examples of this btw - will do a video on it soon.)
So your perception is literally your reality. 😳
If we don’t direct our minds, they will direct, deter, and dead-end us.
BUT if you direct your mind intentionally, uncover your limiting beliefs, and act in accordance with what you desire, THAT, my friends is where the magic happens!!! ✨✨✨
Change and challenge are going to be constants in life - it’s your choice if you want to swim with the current or against it.
I used to believe that “grinding” / working harder / no days off was the only way to win. (That burnt me out.)
Now, while I know that is ONE strategy, is it not the ONLY strategy.
🏄🏻♀️ So I’m choosing to swim with the current, to move with the flow of abundance!

‼️ I can’t believe this is already our 5th Cohort of Level 1 Leadership Training at The Forum at !

As it turns out, we didn’t take a lot of pictures on vacation because we were hardly on our phones! As it should be!
😎 4 days of sunshine, a warm breeze, good books, and good company 🥰
🚫 no emails, no work, no tv, no social media
☀️✅ feeling rested & recharged
… although I wouldn’t mind a few more weeks of vacation 🤣
Whether or not I go to the beach, I plan a full week every quarter for no social media and reduced tech time. It’s such a great reset!

Earlier this week, I had the honor of interviewing 4 incredible 🇺🇸 US National Team Athletes in memory of Marge Variano to benefit the 🙌
Stephanie Alger - this was such a beautiful event to honor your Mom‘s legacy and celebrating her love of reading and sports. Thank you for including me! 🙏 I’m continually inspired by your energy, action, and mindset.
🥇Thank you to the athletes, for your time, your openness, and your willingness to play along in the “never have I ever” game 😂 - I had so much fun with you and we all loved hearing your stories!

with some truth: Your authenticity is your superpower. Own it. 💫
I love all the incredible life & leadership lessons - some subtle and some more obvious - in Ted Lasso. It’s such a joy to watch and it makes me want to be the best, most authentic version of myself.
I love how this show also depicts that kindness is king and winning at all costs isn’t winning at all.

I was recently listening to on ’s DOAC podcast describing his happiness equation (among many other interesting things) and I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I made this graphic with my interpretation of the equation while I continue to ruminate on this topic.
What I love most about this equation is how actionable this is! 🙌
It can be absolutely game-changing if you use this as a tool in your own life!
When we understand that our fulfillment comes down to the gap between how we perceive our experiences and what we expected from them... everything shifts.
It’s not about chasing happiness - it’s about understanding its components and making conscious choices.
This simple equation has the power to transform how we approach each day, each challenge, each experience, etc.

I still remember the first time my Therapist-Coach said this to me almost 15 years ago… it stopped me in my tracks.
I was should-ing on myself a lot those days.
Then I decided to remove “should” from my vocabulary… I didn’t say that word for over 4 years!!!
Doing this made me:
(1) think more intentionally about the words I was choosing and
(2) stop putting unnecessary pressure on myself.
Take a minute and reflect: how many times this week have you said ‘I should...’?
“Should” often carries the heavy weight of judgment, guilt, and unrealistic expectations.
If you want to take a leap forward in your personal growth journey, start considering the words you use when you’re talking, how you describe yourself, etc.
Instead of: ‘I should be more productive’ Try: ‘I am prioritizing what matters most.’
Instead of: ‘I should have done better’ Try: ‘I did the best I could at the time with the information and tools I had.’
We only have so many hours in the day and we aren’t robots, we can’t accomplish 100 tasks in a day. Give yourself some grace.
And if you are slipping, hold yourself accountable by re-defining your overall personal & professional priorities. Then each day, decide what 2-3 are most important and prioritize those.
