POV: you blinked once and now all you see is the back of a Honda Civic disappearing into the distance like your hopes of catching it…you downshift, give it everything you’ve got, hit the apex perfectly and somehow it’s STILL just a tiny speck like it unlocked fast travel mid-corner 💀🏁

And then you wake up from your terrible dream in a cold sweat.

Yesterday was a blast and knocked off some rust for sure. It was my 4th time at AMP and the first time on Falken 615k+'s. They weren't the fastest but they were consistent and I did manage a new PB of 1:37.127, 2ish seconds faster than my last trip back in 2024. Met some cool new people in my run group, ran into my biggest fan 🤣, and saw my buddy drive this track for the first time. It was cool to watch your progression all day!
