Home made apple butter infused batch with an expected ABV of 13% in queue. Should taste pretty good at the White/Shaw family wedding this November.

Everthing should be good to go before the end of next week. Can't wait to try them out

Busy morning for sure.
Racked and converted a 5 gallon batch into a pumpkin spice batch and a pear batch. The peach mango cysers were also Racked and back sweetened. Last but not least, Racked and back sweetened a traditional 5 gallon batch. Now back to the waiting game

Bottling day for the cherry and old fashioned batches. The mango peach cyser looks like it stalled out so it's time for an ABV check

2 gallons of mango peach cyser. This will have quite a bit of honey character as well as apple and peach flavor with mango aromatics.

Should finish up around the 12% ABV ball park in the next month or so. Expected to be a tasty addition to a very special occasion

The remainder from a 5 gallon batch from last November had a unique/oakey flavor. Seemed like a good idea to back sweeten with cherries 🍒

One gallon was dialed back with the sweetening and had maraschino cherries and orange zest added to it. I'm dubbing that one the "old fashioned" batch. Cant wait to find out how what they taste like in a few more weeks

We’ve been trying to recreate this with our mead flavors! We have a vanilla dessert mead coming up that would probably pair well with anything! Which Girl Scout cookie is your favorite?

-wild strawberry
-rose
-French dessert
-traditional
-fruit cocktail

Have entered secondary. The clarity is already improving and my normal clarifying reagent hasn't even been added yet.

Started another 5 gallon batch with honey from dancing bee farm.

Quite a bit of sugar involved with the initial gravity sitting around 1.116. This batch has the potential to reach 15% ABV. should be good 👍

Also started 2 gallons of mango cyzers that have the potential to ferment up to 14% ABV.

Now we wait 6-8 weeks 😑

Positive note: the previous 5 gallon batch should be ready in the next 2 weeks or so.
