We will have allow you to pre-order your coffee before your run/walk and to have it ready for you upon your arrival!

You’re looking at the FROGGY MOUNTAIN 50k - 1st PLACE WINNER.
Hands down the hardest race I’ve ever participated in (and according to her, one of the hardest 50k’s in the country) she’s run over 100-100 mile races all over the country so I’m gonna take her word for it because it makes me feel tuffff😤

Day 5
PERFECT day to get outside and let loose!!
The body is a super adaptable system that get’s stronger based off the eustress (good stress) it receives - and weaker when it experiences too much distress (bad stress).
Stress is inevitable. It’s life. Now we do have a major roll in what kind of stress the body receives as inputs!
I’m here to tell you to stress the body in good ways - running, lifting, sauna, cold exposure, etc.
This will make you more resilient towards the distress that we receive!
Either way, GO
We’re doing a fitness challenge!
It’s 20 minutes of exercise on day 1 and you add 1 minute of activity a day.
I like to use to exercise as a time for me to expend emotional and mental energy, in order to think and feel more clearly.
This is what we call Emptying The Tank! Get rid of the old, to create space for the new!
