Front of the knee pain with stairs, squats, or sitting too long? It could be Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (aka runner’s knee). 🦵
This happens when the kneecap doesn’t glide smoothly in its groove, often due to muscle imbalances or increased stress on the joint.
The result? That annoying ache around or below the kneecap. 🙄
GOOD NEWS! The right exercises can help improve how the knee moves and feels.
✨ Try this exercise with compression tape to help improve your pain!
Is there reallyyyy a difference between a chiropractic adjustment and you “cracking” your own neck?
YES!! Chiropractors are trained to release the pressure between your joints in the way your spine is designed.
When you “crack” your neck you are releasing the pressure against the natural movement of the spine.
So next time you want to aggressively pop your neck while sitting in church, standing in line at the grocery store, or watching TV … call re_Health Studio! We will help relieve the pressure in the way the spine was created!
Think you’re mobile? 🤔
Try this at-home, no hands, mobility challenge with the re_Health Studio team! 💪🏻 Just you, your body, and a little control!
Drop a comment if you tried and can do it! ⬇️⬇️

Flexibility and range of motion…the same or different? 🤔
Flexibility and range of motion are often used interchangeably, but they aren’t the same thing.
➡️ Flexibility refers to a muscle’s ability to lengthen. It’s about how far a muscle can stretch passively. For example, if you can fold forward and touch your toes, that reflects hamstring flexibility.
➡️ Range of motion (ROM), on the other hand, refers to how far a joint can move through its full spectrum of motion. This includes not just muscle length, but also joint structure, tendon elasticity, ligament integrity, and neuromuscular control.
✨In simple terms:
♦️Flexibility is about muscle length.
🔵 Range of motion is about joint movement and control.
You can be flexible without having strong, controlled mobility. But building strength within your range helps you actually use that flexibility. ⚡️

Your body works hard for you every single day—consistent chiropractic care helps you return the favor 💙
Chiropractic isn’t just about pain relief when something goes wrong. It’s about keeping your body moving, aligned, and functioning at its best. Regular adjustments can help improve mobility, support your nervous system, reduce everyday stress on your joints, and keep small issues from turning into big ones.
Think of it like exercise or brushing your teeth: consistency matters. When your spine and nervous system are cared for regularly, your body can adapt better, recover faster, and feel stronger overall.
You don’t have to wait until you’re in pain to take care of yourself. ✨
Your future body will thank you.
Your neck isn’t meant to be straight 🚫
It’s meant to have a gentle C-shaped curve 🧠✨
That cervical curve is everything when it comes to:
• Supporting the weight of your head
• Protecting nerves and spinal cord
• Absorbing shock from daily movement
• Reducing neck pain, headaches, and tension
When that curve is lost (hello tech neck 📱), your muscles have to work overtime and your joints take the hit. Over time, that can mean stiffness, pain, poor posture, and limited mobility.
The good news?
You can retrain it 💪
Through posture awareness, targeted mobility, strength work, and proper alignment, you help your spine do what it was designed to do.
Work with your spine, not against it.
Your future neck will thank you 🙌
Foam rolling isn’t just a “fitness trend” — it’s recovery with intention. 💪
We foam roll to:
✨ Increase blood flow to tired muscles
✨ Reduce soreness after tough sessions
✨ Improve mobility & range of motion
✨ Alert your body of tightness from lifting, running, or long desk days
✨ Help our bodies recover smarter, not just harder
Think of it as a reset button for your muscles. A few focused minutes on the roller can mean better performance, fewer aches, and more freedom in your movement.
Roll slow. Breathe deep. Let your body thank you later. 🔥
