Thank you to everyone who chalked the walk over the weekend!! Our PR teachers & staff were greeted with some really amazing messages when they showed up this morning 🤩

The Pleasant Ridge PTO is sponsoring a kindness challenge in an effort to spread kindness and friendship amongst the lil Pirates! Hopefully your child has mentioned this and their classes have been earning their points toward the movie day reward!

To celebrate the kindness challenge we will be having dress up days next week. And then we will be showing “Toy Story” on Friday with popcornn and Capri Sun for each student!

We are looking for several new people to fill spots on our PTO board at Charlestown Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year!! This is a GREAT opportunity to be a part of something really exciting and ground breaking in our community. And I promise we have lot of fun! 🤩

Stuffie Sleepover Picture Album!!

The first and second grade stuffies had their sleepover last weekend! We had a total of 147 friends stay with us and it was a blast. They worked on an awesome collaborative painting, made music in the music room, had snack time, and read lots of books in the library. We even caught them taking over the office!

Our very first PR Stuffie Sleepover was a success!! Thank you to all the preschool and kindergarten families that brought special stuffies in to hang out at school over the weekend.

Our stuffed friends had a blast painting in the art room, reading & playing hide & seek in the library, having snacks on the cafeteria, and playing instruments in the music room. They even took over the office!

Make sure you check out the very special art work displayed in the hallway at PR this morning. We would like to give an extra big THANK YOU to Ms. Shanks for spending a lot of time on that. They are phenomenal!

Visit the Charlestown McDonalds from 4-7pm to support your school PTO. We now only receive a portion of dining room sales so please make sure to come in and order. We will have parents and teachers there with a fun bookmark craft for the kids to do while you wait for your food. 🥰
