Hello guys! We will be set up this week and hope to see all of y'all! For now and the immediate future we will be cash only, we understand some don't carry cash but we would highly encourage to start.between phones,square/credit cards and processors getting h.a.c.k.e.d and s.c.a.m.m.e.d every day(we got hacked last year and so did square)and only more to come I'm sure. We can't absorb the fees and the lost money to hacks and personally never cared for how much control the credit card processors have over your money anyway. This will also help you save money as we will not be raising prices this year like most places have and also no more card fees. Please share to help us spread the word. Office Manager / Accounts Payable
DESCRIPTION:
Full time 32-35 hours
Pay range ( Pay based on experience)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Prepare and submit financial reports as needed.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with the finance team on various projects.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Use accounting software and tools effectively.
Real Estate Errands including, but not limited to:
- yard sign / lock box drop off / pickup
- Managing and organizing dotloop files

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field desired.
Previous experience in accounting or finance (entry-level candidates are welcome.)
IN Real Estate license
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks accounting software.
Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus, but NOT required.
