Had the sweetest couple that stayed who takes in boxer dogs that need special care and rehab and then they find a good home for the dog. This happy social boxer hung out with me while they went out to dinner and for a walk. He wears a little diaper all the time with little pants because he doesn’t have hind legs. He is a happy, sweet, loving boxer going to a good home in Kentucky and was a special guest at Brass Pineapple Inn.
Beautiful sunshine this morning and the guests will love the sun shine breakfast 🍳

HAPPY JULY 4th!!!!!
All of the July 4th Guests Enjoyed the Festive Breakfast This Morning. We started out with fresh blueberries and strawberries from our local farmers, organic yogurt, our homemade banana bread. We then had country scrambled eggs, topped with toasted cheddar and parmesan cheese, local sautéed tomatoes, zucchini, sausage and toast. I bake the breads and goodies at Brass Pineapple Inn. I love baking in my very awesome 1920's Chambers Gas Range. Among our overnight guests were three administrative FEMA workers, Australian Diplomat and his lovely wife, and a couple meeting here for the July 4th holiday.
