J turned 17 today! 🎉🥊

His grandparents regularly train with us through private BOXING FIT™️ sessions, and J came along to work out with them for part of his birthday! He has joined them before, so we made sure to give him a proper birthday workout today with an “Allll Day!”💪

Quentin, on the right, came to BOXING FIT™️for nearly a year while he was here from France as a foreign exchange student. After returning home, he recently came back to town for his girlfriend’s graduation.

OJ, on the left, has been coming to Boxing Fit™️ for about the past six months. As it turns out, OJ is the father of Quentin’s girlfriend.

When they got to talking, they realized they had both been coming to Boxing Fit™️ just at different times. So while Quentin was back in town, they decided they had to come take a class together.

Such a small world and a really cool full-circle moment to be apart of!:-)💪🥊

Today BOXING FIT™️ showed up for the CAMC Foundation Run for Your Life 5 Mile Run / 2.5 Mile Walk.

This event means a lot. It brings awareness. Its one of the deadliest cancers, but also one of the most preventable and treatable when it is caught early.

Thank you to everyone who came out today to walk, run, support, and represent the awareness to get checked!

I still have several shirts and tanks left to hand out, my friends. I’ll be at the Four Points Hotel tomorrow in the front of the building, directly in front of where the Walk/Run for Your Life begins.

I’ll give you your shirt or tank there before we get started. The picture below is the building where we will meet in front of the Levy

The size you put down for your race shirt is the size you received for your Boxing Fit shirt/tank.

You can also meet me the morning of the walk at 7:30 AM in front of Four Points to grab yours before we head over.

At 7:45 AM, we’ll use our blue Boxing Fit shirts and tanks to find each other and get together for a group photo before the walk starts. The blue represents the cancer awareness color for this walk. 💙

Hey my friends!

Today’s class was changed on the app this morning from 2 PM to 5 PM. Everyone who was signed up was notified directly.

A few people still showed up at 2 PM because they didn’t see the app update, so just a friendly reminder to always go by what the app says for the most accurate class times.

We had to move a few things around today to make a class time work, but we’ll be back on our normal schedule after today.

I’m currently out of town for family matters, so we won’t be having class tomorrow.

We’ll make it up Friday at 5:30 PM. Feel free to stay after class for some bonus class time. I’ll show you some new combos . 🥊
