Welcome to the team, Lori Conn, LGSW! 🌿

We're so excited to introduce our newest clinician, Lori Conn! Lori brings wonderful experience working with kids, along with a special passion for supporting young adults and couples.

Lori utilizes solutions-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices to support clients. She is also trained in Gottman Level 1 couples counseling.

Lori believes the client is the expert in their own experience and that change happens when client’s strengths, values, and goals are prioritized within a supportive therapeutic relationship. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard. ✨

Outside of the office, Lori enjoys traveling internationally, hanging out with her husband and cats, and performing in local theatre productions.

A huge thank you to the CARES team for inviting us to the Sensory Circus this past weekend! 💙 What a magical day — it was so wonderful to see an event thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and accessible for everyone. We had a fantastic time and even learned to juggle. Thank you for all the hard work that went into making it such a special experience for our community. We can't wait for the next one!

On Maternal Mental Health Day, we want to remind every mother and caregiver that you deserve support, too. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, anxiety, identity shifts, loss, overwhelm, or simply the mental load of motherhood, you do not have to carry it alone.

At Mosaic Wellness, we are passionate about supporting maternal mental health across every stage of the journey.

We are exploring the possibility of offering Perinatal Groups this summer!

At Mosaic Wellness, we understand that both pregnancy and the postpartum period bring unexpected emotional challenges alongside moments of joy.

These group meetings would be facilitated by our licensed, Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician, Kelli Yingling, to provide a safe, supportive space to discuss the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum alongside others who understand.
