Allpro is looking to hire a Termite and Moisture Technician to join our team that can work an established route along with new work. Allpro will provide on the job training and supply all tools necessary to complete the job correctly.

Company vehicle is provided.

Job Description

New Termite treatments and Bait System installs
Existing Termite inspections
Encapsulation installs
Crawlspace cleanouts
Bora Care treatments
and more......

Qualifications for Consideration of Position

**Valid driver's license with CLEAN driving record
**Minimum of High school diploma or GED equivalent
**Must be able to pass a background check

Candidates Must..

-Have the ability to follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival to each destination.
-Be dependable and hardworking
-Organized
-Comfortable with hand tools and power tools
-Self-motivator and problem solver
-Able to follow direction
-Honest
-A TEAM PLAYER but also able to efficiently work alone

On the job training and company vehicle provided!! We offer competitive starting pay of $15.00-18.00 per hour (based on experience) with occasional OT. If interested, please send your resume in and we will contact you to schedule an interview.

All PPE and tools necessary to complete the job correctly will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

-Sales are necessary and highly incentivized with commission!

-Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle provided.
-Maintain professional image for yourself and the company as a whole.
-Complete scheduled appointments on established route, ensuring timely and safe arrival to each destination.
-Visually inspect and identify pests, pest entryways and harborages.
-Properly treat according to state regulations with intent to treat and prevent any future infestations.
-Qualifications Required for Consideration of Position

21 years or older with a valid driver's license
CLEAN 10yr driving record
Minimum of High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
