On June 23, we celebrated 33 graduates who reached an incredible milestone by earning their high school diploma through Palmetto Excel. Surrounded by more than 350 family members, friends, and supporters, the ceremony was a celebration of perseverance, determination, and new beginnings.

A special thank you to The Honorable Reginald Burgess, Mayor of North Charleston, for serving as our guest speaker and helping make this day even more meaningful.

Meet Tish Cromley, a Success Coach serving Georgetown and Murrells Inlet. 💙

After retiring from the Department of Social Services in 2018, Tish wasn't ready to stop helping others. She joined Palmetto Goodwill and has continued her passion for serving the community by helping individuals navigate career pathways, overcome barriers, and work toward meaningful goals.

Whether she's connecting participants with resources, supporting career planning, or building relationships with local employers, Tish is committed to creating opportunities that help people move forward.
