Conveniently, one of our favorite dental holidays landed right after the day for sweet treats. 😉
November 1st was National Brush Day - and it emphasizes the importance of brushing your teeth!
Brush your teeth:
🦷 For two minutes per cleaning
🦷 At least twice a day
🦷 Every day
P.S. Don’t forget to change your toothbrush every 3-4 months.

We love a good chocolate bar here and there. 😋

But did you know super chewy and sticky sweets are known for causing cavities? 😣
This is because it's harder to clean off your tooth's surface, especially for kids still learning to brush properly.

So the next time you or your child reaches for a candy or candy bar, just remind yourself/them to brush and floss afterwards.
