The perfect roll! - Try setting up with the weight primarily on the lead foot when putting. You should notice that the ball rolls much smoother across the putting surface rather than seeing the ball take a couple of bounces after leaving the putter face. Let me know how it works. Have a great day!

Have you been tying your shoes wrong your whole life? I know now I was. Awesome for round/dress shoe laces!

Terry Moore: How to tie your shoes | Video on TED.com Terry Moore found out he'd been tying his shoes the wrong way his whole life. In the spirit of TED, he takes the stage to share a better way. (Historical note: This was the very first 3-minute audience talk given from the TED stage, in 2005.)
Today's Tip - Bunker Bliss - When faced with a green side bunker shot set up is key. Set up should be open to the target with an open club face. Which means your shoulders, hips, and fit should all be well open to the target. Spread your feet slightly further apart than you would with a full swing and give your knees a little more flex. Another key is to focus on a contact point an inch or two behind the ball. Most golfers know that they are suppose to make contact with the sand first but I see players all the time still using the ball as the focal point. Pick a grain of sand an inch or two behind the ball and focus on it rather than the ball through the swing. This will ensure you make contact with the sand first and don't hit the dreaded skull into the face of the bunker which is usually followed by a club toss or stab into the same bunker face. This video of one of my students shows exactly how it should be done. Enjoy!
