We just cracked a new wheel of Ossau-Iraty, the delicious French cheese from the Basque region of the Pyrenees. Made with sheep’s milk, It’s got a semi-firm texture and a buttery, nutty flavor with notes of wildflowers and toasted almonds. We recommend pairing this cheese with a full-bodied red wine. Enjoy! 🇫🇷 🍷

After and before... Kurobuta Pork Chops are practically a staple around here during grilling season. All you need is some salt, pepper and a hot flame - the juicy flavor comes from the hog itself.
