This Vietnamese inspired dish is our take on the classic Pho dish, with bok choy, tofu, bean sprouts, eggplant, wide pho noodles, peanuts, fried shallots, fresh herbs, lime, and house-made honey Hoisin stir fry sauce. If tofu isn't your thing, don't worry, we're happy to make this dish with chicken, beef, or shrimp.

Tea deserves a place at the dessert table.
Executive Pastry Chef Ashley Cardona recently spoke with Bake Magazine about an ingredient that is often overshadowed by coffee, but has become a major influence on the pastry program at Two Bit Club: tea.
That philosophy comes to life in our Thai Tea & Honey Cake, where tea is layered throughout the dessert in thoughtful, understated ways. Vanilla sponge cake is soaked in honey syrup and topped with white chocolate Thai tea mousse, vanilla whipped cream, bright yuzu curd, condensed milk glaze, and crisp sesame brittle.
