I got a handpan a few months ago and have been meaning to learn to play, but there’s always something else that I have to do so I never seem to find the time … until this weekend. Since it’s Mother’s Day, I decided to just do whatever I wanted. So, I played the handpan all weekend. And as I was exploring the different sounds the pan makes this little song came through… 🥹 honestly creating it felt like something shifted inside of me. It was so wonderful. Unlike anything else I’ve created and felt. So grateful. Thank you God 🙏

I want to learn how to do a pull up. I have practically zero upper body strength. My bestie lesleykoppert is a pull up queen and told me if I wanted to learn how to do a pull up…I have to practice (haha shocker) 😂 So, here’s my day 1 of practicing my pull up. Let’s see how long it takes me to be able to do this unassisted 👀
