The Rez Rev, LLC has been selected as the implementation partner for the South Carolina Association for Colleges & Employers' (SCACE) new program, ""Rev Up SC"". Rev Up SC is designed to help students develop the professional skills needed to secure high-impact STEM internships and job opportunities in South Carolina. It was also one of the programs selected to receive funding through the SC Department of Commerce via the Relentless Challenge Grant!
SCACE and Rez Rev would love to open up the opportunity for more employers in the state of SC to get involved. The Harbor Entrepreneur Center offers JRS Coding School at our facility in the Citadel Mall to bridge the gap between this demand and local Charleston talent.
Over the course of 14 weeks, students learn the skills necessary to graduate as a junior-level software developer. Software developers earn well above the region’s average annual wage and are in high demand at a wide range of companies both nationally and right here in the Charleston Region.

Our first topic for 2023 is ***The Language of Leaders***
Self-talk is as important as how we talk to others. Intentional, clear, and productive communication is a cornerstone of your career and leadership success. In this session, you will:
- Develop more impactful communication
- Quickly shift control when you find yourself using terms like "must, should, ought to, and need to", and
- Minimize the feeling of being overcommitted or overwhelmed

Our next cohort is a few months away, but we are actively interviewing and enrolling students into our May cohort now!

- The First Interview must be conducted before Friday, March 24, 2023.
- The Second Interview must be conducted by Friday, April 7, 2023.
