New design wrapping up for some fun clients with a large family in the Summerville area. This house boasts a large central living area with open to above spaces and 3 story design with heated attic level recreation room. Six bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms and outside living spaces with a sloping lot on the marshes of the Ashley River. Large floating staircase in open living area showcasing the grand design and traditional details.

Recent project for some great clients on Seabrook Island, SC- This is a great design we did for them with downstairs office & formal dining room, large rear enclosed porch, open to below from 2nd floor, stair tower, large open living & kitchen Island seating, cozy front porch, 2 car front entry garages, brickwork details on foundation and some shake siding accents.

Finished up a recent project for some great clients out in Hollywood, SC. The house design will be a great addition to the development in their coastal South Carolina waterfront community. This plan boasts a 5,600 SF floor plan with large downstairs master bedroom and 6 upstairs bedrooms, rec room and upstairs 2nd level covered viewing porch. Lots of glass on rear and large slider doors for inside / outside living. Lowcountry views of the waterways from rear porch and rear dining room. Side entry 3 car garage and elevator to all floors.
