Movement with a purpose inspiring others to serve.

Move. Serve. Inspire.

Starting the day with a smoothie packed with blueberries, spinach, almond butter, and protein powder—fueling up for a full schedule of real estate continuing education and evening showings.

In 2024, I would have wung it with meals, but this year is about slow and steady habit building. Practicing what I preach!

āœ… January was all about water, workouts, and consistency.
āœ… February is about fine-tuning training & adding more greens.
āœ… Protein? Non-negotiable—especially for us ladies over 40! Keeping strong for the Bridge Run and beyond.

Cheers to another month of showing up for ourselves! Excited to share January’s Blessing Box drop-off pictures this week. Stay tuned!

One step closer with our kindness act for January. Next step is to bring them to the library. Most of us are Not winning any artistic points, but hopefully we put a smile on someone’s face.

One more week until our first drop off to our local Blessing Boxes. I am tracking my mileage as I train for the and then will collect that number or more to drop to as many as possible. I want to learn where each box is and what each one needs.

If you would like to help, please feel free this week to drop any items off on my porch or I’ll come pick up. On Friday, January 31st, I’ll be taking a trip to the store to stock up and visit a couple of the boxes to drop donations.

Then we will start the mileage tracking again. February should see more as our training progresses.

Good morning gorgeous!

It has been a couple of off days. This is when it is typical to slide off the consistency train. It doesn’t matter how many off days we have, let’s keep going. Today is a new day.

This is a little time capsule of when I thought hiking the Appalachian Trail for my 40th would be an incredible experience. It was not y’all. This may have been the only beautiful moment the entire time. šŸ˜‚ But we kept going.

My goal is to stay healthy to always have the choice to try new adventures whether they end up being good choices or bad ones.

Our first 2025 Move Serve Inspire mission…

šŸ’•Training for the and filling up the Lowcountry Blessing Boxes!šŸ’•

During training, we will track every mile ( walk, run, bike, row, paddle, stair climbing).

For every mile, we will collect and donate an item to put into our Lowcountry Blessing Boxes.

At the end of the month, we will travel to several boxes and work to fill them up.

During this first quarter of 2025, we will learn and share more about the Lowcountry Blessing Boxes, their locations and what they need!

How you can join?
1. Sign up for the Cooper River Bridge Run and/or train with us logging your miles.
2. Collect items for the blessing boxes or drop them off to me. I’ll be putting a donation box on my porch. I will also pick them up from you!
3. Help us learn about the blessing boxes and at the end of the month help us fill them up!

I’ll share a link for you to learn more about the Blessing Boxes in the comments!

Did a thing today. There is an ebb and flow during the different seasons of our lives. Have not been a member of a traditional gym in well over a decade. I’m back.
