As of today, our pilgrimage brought us to Corinth and Athens, cities whose names echo throughout the pages of the New Testament.

We shared the Lord’s Supper together in ancient Corinth and stood on Mars Hill where the Apostle Paul proclaimed to the Athenians that the “Unknown God” had made himself known in Jesus Christ.

Throughout our journey, this truth has become an unmistakably clear: empires rise and fall, temples crumble, philosophies fade, but the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues to endure and transform lives.

Thank you for your continued prayers for our group as we complete our final days together.

Over the past few days, our pilgrimage has been walking in the footsteps of apostle Paul through northern Greece. We traveled from Thessaloniki and Berea to Philippi, where Lydia became the first recorded convert to Christianity in Europe. We stood along the ancient Via Egnatia, visited places where Paul preached and suffered, renewed our baptismal vows near the river associated with Lydia‘s baptism, and have enjoyed devotions together in places where the Gospel first took root nearly two thousand years ago. One of the humbling reminders of this pilgrimage is the Christianity spread not through worldly power, but through faithful witness, ordinary believers, and the grace of God at work across cultures and generations!
