What a weekend! 💛☀️🌻

I’m still blown away by the love and support shown at the Carts & Co****le event for the Yellow Shoes Foundation. Thank you to every single person who stopped by my booth, shopped small, shared kind words, and supported my little creative business.

Because of this amazing community, the foundation raised over $9,000 to give back locally — supporting scholarships, Charleston County Special Olympics, and so many families in our area.

This event was extra special for me personally too. Having my bestie drive 3 hours just to help and cheer me on meant more than I can put into words. And seeing so many friends come out to support me throughout the day completely filled my cup.

Days like this remind me why I started Tidal Rice in the first place — creating meaningful pieces, connecting with people, and being part of something bigger than myself.

When I first met Faith, I had no idea how much of an impact she would have on my life. Her kindness, strength, and the way she showed up for others stayed with me long after our paths crossed. She reminded me what it looks like to lead with heart—and to go after what truly matters with no fear.

That inspiration is a big part of why I took the leap to build my own business. What started as a small idea has grown into something that's deeply personal, and I’m so grateful to share it with all of you.

That’s also why being a vendor at the Yellow Shoes charity event means so much to me. It’s more than just a market— it’s a chance to honor Faith’s legacy, support a cause that uplifts others, and be part of something bigger than myself.

It was all about the details at this year's "Let's Roll Together" Galentines party. From rolling our own sushi to making custom charm bracelets, this year was about friendships and spending time together trying new things. I tried my hand at making custom polymer clay charms with a sea theme for the ladies to add to heart shaped charm bracelets.

The sushi was so fresh and delish, but the company was the best part! Grab yourself some gal pals and celebrate your tribe with your own Galentines event this year!
