Through BlackLight Initiative, our aim is to be the hub of the Black population within West Virginia.

We will host community events, online web series, news articles, investigative reporting, etc., in an effort to control our own narrative. BlackLight Initiative's goal is to build a true, strong Black community to leverage our power for economic, political, and social empowerment.
