It’s time to share a story.
A story that is not my own, but a testament to my commitment!!
When you make that decision to work with me, this is some of what you will have to look forward too!!

“One of my biggest struggles was losing my belly fat and building endurance while maintaining a healthy weight .
I communicated with my trainer what my goals were, and we were able to create a plan that fits my schedule
Not struggling with exercise and a weight loss plan that fits my life style was my goal. Renee taught me how to combine exercise with my eating habits to become successful.
With me being at my heaviest was a disappointment for my self . Clothes shopping was a struggle nothing would fit me correctly.
What I noticed I was doing wrong, I was not combining my eating to comply with my exercises. Not knowing my body’s full potential, stamina, and understanding the fuel I needed to complete my workout routine.
We incorporated cardio into my strength training, which helped with my endurance and power. These methods in my routine helped me build strength, instead of concentrating on weight loss, it was about how I felt in the end.
I’ve Known Renee for almost 5 years and we have built a friendship over exercise. She was as committed as I was in my journey, calls and messages would be exchanged between her and I to keep me accountable. I was at 175 before my journey began. Now am at 148 and I feel like my life has changed completely.“
