SO stir crazy. Made the kids copy cat Starbucks frapps and headed out for a little drive. What’s everyone doing to stay sane? My anxiety has been SO bad through this new normal.

during this crazy time, lots of family time! I’m reallllllly trying to step away from the news and social media posts, it’s sending my anxiety into over drive. I’ve found myself biting my nails, a bad habit I kicked years ago. The severity of this virus, the unknown... it’s so hard for this type A chick. I’ve never been into doing but it’s helping me take some mental breaks. What have y’all been doing to pass the time and minimize your ?
