Another beautiful house in James Island secured!
If you’re looking to enter the market, personally, I’m a huge fan of James Island right now. Fair prices, larger lots, and proximity to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston.
There has also been a noticeable shift in seller concessions, and willingness to negotiate. My advice to buyers, don’t be afraid to try!

Location and beauty aside, this might just look like another Wild Dunes vacation rental to the average consumer. But a little bit of work goes a long way in this industry… After going under contract, we got to work. A few phone calls and e-mails with the city of Isle of Palms revealed that we had a real winner in our hands.
Win #1 - This rental behemoth currently sleeps 18, however, we discovered that this property has been grandfathered into a 21 person capacity, and allows 8 vehicles on the property. Greater capacity, greater revenue.
