This was my biggest concern before buying this machine.
Combo leg machines usually fall apart when it comes to quad stretch and resistance, but this one surprised me. Smooth tension, solid knee flexion, and it actually feels right at the bottom.

Do you never feel it in your chest when you do presses and all you feel are shoulders and arms?
Try using these 2 cues to really feel it in your chest โฌ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ Think about reaching your chest to the ceiling as you lower the weights to the sides of your chest. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and pause for a second hold at the bottom.
2๏ธโฃ On the way up think about pushing the dumbells up and out instead of up and across. This keeps the tension on your chest and doesnโt allow your shoulders to take over and your chest to sink in.
