We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. If you have a knack for clerical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude, we want you!

Location: 5402 MacCorkle Ave SE Charleston WV

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform a variety of clerical tasks to support daily operations.

*Maintain office organization and assist in office maintenance duties.

*Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their title and tag needs.

*Process vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently.

*Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding vehicle registration and titling.

*Manage documentation and maintain detailed records for all transactions.

Qualifications:

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Previous experience in title work or a similar role is preferred but not required.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems.
