𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗦 to all PGY 4s, but especially those headed for a future in trauma. The days will be long, but the year will fly by. You have some time before you start but here are my suggestions. Read veraciously, prepare for every case, even the “mundane”, take copious amounts of notes, learn by doing and by teaching, above all else enjoy yourself!!!!

So grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend AO Think Tank. I loved the sharing of ideas and hearing everyone’s perspective. I’m excited to see where we all go from here. Park city was amazing!
