The osb subfloor in this historic home was literally disintegrating. We installed a new tongue and groove subfloor, this time out of plywood, and a new lvp floor on top.

This beautiful historic home on coming street had some serious rot at the rafter tails, continuing underneath where the soffit and facia were located. We repaired everything for the homeowner and even a few extra things he wasn't aware of.

Repaired some facia and soffit that was rotten out behind gutters. The entire thing had to be reframed, but that was no problem for us!

The old windows at this apartment building were painted shut and had little to no insulation.
