Christmas came early for the most deserving couple! Amanda and Austin were looking to achieve a better work life balance and move closer to Austin’s job. In order to achieve top dollar for their exit home, they followed my advice to a T! With a fresh coat of paint inside and out, updated light fixtures, light staging and pre-listing repairs, they were under contract in record time with a wonderful buyer. Today they closed on their beautiful new construction home and a new adventure begins! I am so so proud of their hard work, and so grateful that they trusted me. Merry Christmas to Amanda and Austin!! 💗💗💗

We didn’t get to dress up this year so here’s a throwback to the best Halloween in Mexico City! We stayed for Dia De Los Mu***os, which is a moving reunion between the living and the dead.

Powder room transformation! Our 1950 home oddly had a powder room in the kitchen so we relocated it to a more guest friendly spot.
