It’s a beautiful Sunday to treat yourself to something made from scratch, and we’d love to see you! ❤️ We’ll be here 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with fresh pizza, homemade lasagna, our incredible hot chocolate focaccia, fresh bakery treats, and all the other goodies you’ve come to love.

If you’ve been meaning to stop by, today is the day!

A quick scheduling update:
📅 We’ll be closed next week while I’m in Connecticut.
📅 The following two weeks, we’ll be open Friday, Saturday & Sunday only.
📅 Then, during the last week of August, we’ll be back to our regular Wednesday through Sunday schedule.

If you can make it in today, it would mean so much to us. Every visit, every meal, and every kind word helps keep this little dream going, and we’re so grateful to everyone who chooses to spend part of their Sunday with us.

Food shouldn't be complicated.

It should be made from real ingredients by people who care. It should nourish us, bring us together, and leave us feeling better than when we sat down to eat.

Somewhere along the way, our food system lost its way. Convenience replaced craftsmanship. Ingredient lists became chemistry experiments. Food became something to manufacture instead of something to nurture us.

At Three Girls on Spring, we've chosen a different path. We make our cheeses, breads, sauces, meats, desserts, and so much more from scratch because we believe food should love you back. We believe every meal is a chance to choose something better for your body, kinder to animals, and gentler on our planet, without ever sacrificing flavor.

Maybe the way forward isn't another new invention. Maybe it's remembering what our grandparents already knew: simple ingredients, prepared with care, shared around a table.

I’m also excited to share that I’ll be flying back into Charleston tomorrow and will be at the restaurant Friday and Saturday! I can’t wait to see everyone again. I’ve missed you all so much, and I’m already planning some delicious new treats and specials for the weekend.
