This is how my day started and was MADE.

This little angel, along with her twin sister and little brother were regulars here in our office until their family moved to Myrtle Beach.

She had a pretty long lasting seizure a few days ago. She was taken to her doctor who found faulty tubes in her ears.

Her smart mama brought her by the office this morning before they left Charleston to go back to MB.

What I found was the top bone in her spine (Atlas) was out of position (subluxated) and putting lots of pressure on her brain stem, which can effect balance, temperature control and body chemistry regulation, amongst many other functions in the body.

After her adjustment she celebrated by clapping her hands and giving some of the best hugs of the New Year.

Often times, when our bodies are out of balance they do some pretty dramatic things to try to reestablish proper function.

Keeping your spine healthy is SO important in helping your body keep that balance!

Dr. Dawn is so proud to announce her very first Chiropractic Children's book has been released on Amazon, just in time to celebrate the 128th anniversary of the first chiropractic adjustment on September 18, 1895.

She hopes you will enjoy it as much as she enjoyed making it and you'll share it with your practice members and families.
