Something that's become evident to me, through motherhood, is that we are constantly going through phases. Whether long or short we are always at the beginning middle or end.
Over the last few months I have come to realize that I am ready to let go of a phase. After 6 years of helping women navigate nutrition, it is time to close this chapter.
There are no words to describe how proud I am of the women I've worked with over this time. I am truly impressed at the work they have put in, both mentally and physically, in order to change their lives for the better.m, both for themselves, and for the people they love.
On a personal note, it has also been an interesting experience to let go of the identities I hold in being a business owner and a nutritionist and moving into feeling content in simply being myself. Period.
I will no longer be offering any services, but will continue to provide many free resources via my website which you can access through the link in my bio.

I used to think these things were just “normal”…
