The last time I wore this hoodie was when I attended Marshall University. I was certain it would be too tight, but much to my surprise, it wasn't! It feels like I'm getting there.

About two weeks before my 39th birthday, my P*P told me I’d lost just over 40 pounds in the past year. Honestly, I was surprised. I didn’t realize it was possible. Seeing that made me realize what I could do.

These are my first progress photos. My weight here is 340 lbs. I’ve set an ambitious goal: lose 100 pounds in a year. According to the math, it’s healthy for my starting weight, and, let’s be real, it’s also a story worth sharing.
