This special project the bar was on display for a competition recently and seeing as we haven’t been able to build our photo area AND we won the competition, I think it’s safe to upset our board consistency with this one.

The Side Bar : An elegant statement piece. Customized to your desire, the base model comes as shown in any color and can be easily transported with a dolly weighing only 80lbs or setup in your home or venue.
Customizations include :
- plumbing for glass washer
- compatible with glycol systems
- optional insulted stainless steel ice bin
- lighting and signage

A new product is entering our lineup that can be either paired with a Piaggio, used as it’s own bar, or be a beautiful statement piece in your home.

This retro classic design really makes me happy. It reminds me of an old detectives office or long forgotten tunnel in a subway. It feels like uncovering something forgotten that you never knew you missed.

I’m getting closer and closer to our move date and I’m starting to really grasp how long we’ve been in this space and all the memories we’ve made here. Only a handful of shoot left in this spot and then everything changes.

Introducing the Rolling Kitchen, our latest product offering. This work of art will not only serve up all the delectable food you can imagine, it also makes no noise, is fun and easy to drive, needs no generator or power access, and passes all health code requirements.

Features include :
- Up to 6 hours of use before needing a recharge
- single shelf , 6 bin built in refrigerator.
- (2) 1600 watt induction cooktops
- (2) Counter top appliances (pasta cooker and food warmer pictured above)
- hand washing sink & 3 bin sink
- hot water heater and clean and waste water reservoirs
- Fully lit cooking area built into the gull wing, with 7 ft of clearance when open.

You may be wondering what is that blue thing under the seat? Well, it’s a double post day because we have a VERY VERY exciting launch of a new product offering and we will be dropping it tomorrow on Christmas! You’re not going to want to miss this.

Final details of our French cafe inspired build.
Some details I really love :
- the wood arches made from steam bending 1/2” white oak
- the matching oak shelf and even matching oak buttons that secure the rolled up fabric when access the keg area.
- the cool glass door and it’s solid brass support (we forgot to snap a photo of this area 😭)

O oui oui! This client came to us with inspiration taken from a quaint French cafe and the result is what lies before you.
A buttery soft awning with black and gold accents and vintage stone tile.
The only thing missing is champagne and a croissant. 🥂🥐
