Completed the electrical installation of a Goff Bead blasting machine and a dust collector today. It appears to be a simple and efficient piece of equipment. Made in America (Oklahoma).

B&W tarp system conversion to Roll Rite gone bad (by another). Working out the bugs to get this system up and running again.

Lightning damage to a soft start motor control. New parts and a little cleanup and we're good to go again. This was only part of the damage in the plant.

Several shorted out 480 volt motors wiring had to be replaced. Now we see why the circuit breakers were tripping.

Metal Rolling machine repairs. Cleaned up and repaired the unit. Got the variable speed working and the rotation correct.

Another Septic lift station repaired and updated. Look closely and you can see all the ants that "committed su***de" on one set of contacts. They love electricity!

Lighting relay repairs - Bad contacts wouldn't allow power get to a bank of 6 high bay lights. New contacts solved the problem.

Pressure switch replacement on an air compressor. Motors, belts and pulleys replaced on 2 wall fans.

Power loss caused by a bird.

Out with the old (broken) and in with the new (25 HP, 3 phase). Air compressor replacement with a remote emergency stop switch.

Another round of LED lighting upgrades. Replaced 4 bulb, T12 drop ins with 6400 Lumens, 4000K color LED drop ins. These are very nice. Much better than the 4300 Lumens fixtures. These cost a little bit more, but are well worth the small increase.

Clogged oil cooler cleaning on a 75 HP air compressor and the proper oil level after draining excess oil filling.
