Had a great time on this project, homeowners were wonderful to work with. They wanted to open up the kitchen to the living room, and to the new sunroom we converted from a screen porch. Added a larger deck outside to grill and enjoy the sun.

Opening up one wall completely transformed this kitchen. The primary bathroom was upgraded with a new walk-in shower, floors, and vanity. Huge thank you to the many subcontractors involved.

Big Timber screen porch out in Newberry with some character. Unique lighting fixtures, picked by the owner, and a rusted tin metal ceiling. Happy to have been chosen to do this project.

With the slab poured we were able to start framing this client's garage getaway. Thanks to Big Bear Concrete LLC for the slab work, and for an amazing framing crew.

The weather was kind enough to give us just enough time to dig and pour the footings so we could start laying block. Thanks to Richard Harper of Big Bear Concrete LLC for the footing and block work. Time to pour the slab and get moving!

We are a little behind on posting about this project, but I will get you all caught up. This customer was looking for his ultimate garage getaway. It will be 36'x40' interior footprint with two 12' lean-tos on each side, and plenty of storage space in the attic above. Thanks to Watson Arbor Service for always doing a knockout job clearing out trees, and Last Frontier Construction LLC for fighting the rain and mud to get the area graded and ready for concrete. Update to a previous post, these are the final before and after pictures to our bathroom remodel. This client and her daughter were so great to work with, and they were absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Thanks to a team effort with Thomas Francis of T/F Electric, Tony Hunsicker of Pipeline Plumbing, and Jason Stephanie Craft for the tile work.
