Our Story
Founded in 2017 by Nick & Susan, Odd BBQ started out as a Catering business sharing a kitchen in Sterling and executing pop-ups all over Northern VA perfecting their barbecue and sandwich recipes. Following a lengthy renovation and closing for over a month, we nearly threw in the towel. We knew our food was good and our few followers agreed, but we had nowhere to sell it until Ono Brewing Company came into view.
We now operate 6 days a week serving our unique take on classic American barbecue. We now offer in-house catering featuring a special event menu. We have big plans for the future of Odd BBQ so keep an eye out for our next location.
