In our recent training with Lead ‘Em Up, we participated in a collaborative group exercise that utilized insights from the Green Team exercise to creatively develop our Green Standards. These standards align our team, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what it means to be “Green” on our team.

Rodney, who was once a former TrueAP athlete himself and has steadily risen the ranks since being hired as an intern, will now be directing all of our Virginia area programming.
