We are a tightly control
led group in that all of our processes are fed back into our project management group by those tasked with fulfillment. We create an automated bond between task timelines so management can relay that to clients in real time. In the built environment, honest assessments are the backbone of successful project management up and down the supply chains. Either way, we are up to the missions set out for us by our clients. Ideation
We take on the most complex of tasks. Quite often, we see scenarios where there is a stated objective with little else. In these scenarios, we take the torch and run with it. We will create and/or invent your solution. Our broad industrial resume allows us to cross-pollinate and create the unique solutions we are known for. Design
After the idea is accepted, this becomes the next step. In this phase, we go into modeling to work out all the details that make the objective workable. Our Design Engineer will take the idea and work it out with our 3D CAD systems and, if need be, create a prototype to prove it. If required, we also can provide an engineering stamp. Fabrication
Once designs are agreed upon and sent to fabrication, all team members are involved in ensuring high-quality outcomes. With our industrial partners, we are ISO 9001 Second-party certified, and so we deliver to specification. With our construction partners, it becomes more of a moving objective. Site conditions often create the need to be flexible in what gets made, as it has to fit what is often not immediately definable. In this world, we template using our robotic means. In this way, we can define the space and ensure a proper fit, the first time – every time. Materials
While our business predominantly involves metals, we are versed and experienced across the material spectrum. Thus, we are able and willing to take on projects involving multiple materials, even fabricators, and bring them together for a successful outcome. Our broad industrial and material experiences make us unique in digital fabrication. Custom Finishing
We can create unique custom finishes by hand (Analog) or machine (C.N.C.). We can do this throughout the spectrum of materials we work with. This technique is used in works of public art to high-end office and retail space. We also have industry partners that we work with for custom paint colors and textures. Almost anything we make, we can also install. Our forward planning makes this the rule, not the exception. We have installed everything from large feature walls and railing systems, in construction, to high-power electronic devices used in communications. We make it our mission to understand our client’s unique requirements and, if called upon, take our vertically integrated process to implementation.
