Congratulations to my friends the Phans on buying their first home in Virginia!

Vinh and I go all the way back to high school. We stay in touch through social media, when one day he messaged me on Facebook, saying that they were coming back to the mainland.

They were very excited to get the process started, one obstacle, they were about 4,000 miles away in Hawaii 🌺🏄

Thank God for technology! I was able to show them homes virtually through my Meta Glasses, they even said it was almost like they were there in real life! We ended up going under contract on their new home while they were still in Hawaii.

Even though I don't love A.I. and the reliance of technology, I am sure glad it came in handy in this situation.

My client and I go all the way back to high school and were able to stay in touch through social media. We talked about what he and his wife were looking for, got pre approved with and we were ready to go! 1 obstacle we had, they were currently living in Hawaii.

Luckily for us, my brother had gotten me a pair of Meta glasses 👓for Christmas. I was able to video call them and they were able to virtually tour properties. We ended up going under contract on this property before they ever set foot inside it and when they were able to see the home in person, they said it looked just like the video.

I admittedly am not the most tech savvy person, but am slowly learning to use it to better serve you!

Boy, was this one a wild ride. I'll spare you the details, but we were able to get this seller out of foreclosure and even had him walk away with some money in his pocket.

They can't all be happy stories, but I am glad I was able to get this client a happy ending.

Congrats to my friends on going under contract on this home! Funny story here, as this buyer is also my chiropractor. We were chatting like normal and he brought up that he and his wife were looking for a home. After a few minutes of him telling me what he was looking for, I said " I may have something for you."

He replied "oh really??" (proceeds to snap my neck 💥)

That home didn't work out, but after a few months, we were able to go under contract on this off market property!
