The right excavator configuration can make all the difference! At Worldwide, we inventory a wide variety of attachments to meet your construction needs!
Call us for the equipment you need, when you need it, so your project stays on track.
We keep seeing the same thing: crews start a pipeline job and scramble for equipment two weeks in instead of two months out. By then, the right machines are already spoken for — so they take what's available. That usually means the wrong size, the wrong spec, or paying more just to keep the job moving. The difference isn't luck — it's locking in equipment before the schedule tightens. If you've got work coming up, it's worth lining it up early.

Another SP-350 HD out on a wind project in Arizona. Renewable work means long runs and changing soil conditions. This setup is keeping backfill consistent across the trench while maintaining production speed — no slowdowns, no second passes.

There's a lot of underground cable going in right now on solar jobs — especially in Texas. That means clean, stone-free backfill isn't optional if you want to protect the cable. We're seeing crews use padding machines for full collection system runs, and padding buckets on 320/330-class excavators for tie-ins and shorter sections. We've got both available depending on how your job is set up. If you've got solar work coming up, we can help you match the right setup.

We're seeing more late-model machines hit the used market right now — a lot of it coming out of rental fleets. These units usually have higher hours for their age, which scares some buyers off. But rental machines tend to have consistent service intervals and full telematics history. If you look at idle time vs. working hours, you can spot machines that racked up hours sitting vs. actually being worked hard.
