What a fun last week together! There was some Jeopardy, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, outdoor time, and of course PIZZA!!!❤️💛❤️💛

Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the opportunity we had this week to pause and celebrate all that God is doing through the LifeWise program in Channahon.

We just loved seeing all of our students’ faces, meeting their families, and seeing the impact of this program.

Thank you all so much for your support of LifeWise and the trust you have put in our teachers, volunteers and staff. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for next year!

Last week Mr. John gave his 6th grade class a challenge!

After reading Exodus 13-14 and discussing the Israelites crossing the Red Sea. The students were challenged to put a piece of paper under water and not let it get wet…which seems impossible. Just as impossible as hundreds of thousands of people crossing the Red Sea on dry ground!

Then he demonstrated that putting the paper in an upside down glass allows us to fully submerge the paper without letting it get wet at all.

In the same way - God did what seemed impossible for His people. God is RELIABLE and he wants us to be RELIABLE people too.❤️💛❤️💛

I spy some LifeWise Kindergartners! They have been very busy learning about the 10 Commandments! 💛❤️

Tonight is the night! We are so excited to see all of our students and their families!
