Since everyone else is posted pics of their meat, here’s mine. 4lb Chuck roast over pecan wood. This is 5 hours in. Time to wrap and let it hit 200F. Should be a great pulled beef. # bbq

Social Distancing doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some delicious brew. This is Zaiveza, my version of a Mexican Chocolate Stout. Hints of vanilla, chocolate, pasilla peppers, and coffee. Paying homage to her favorite beer, Stone’s Xocoveza. Cheers and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!
