Have you ever walked into a room and immediately sensed the energy?

Many energy traditions teach that we are more than our physical bodies. We are energetic beings, constantly interacting with the world around us through a dynamic energy field often referred to as the aura.
The aura is believed to be made up of multiple energetic layers that surround and interpenetrate the physical body. These layers are associated with different aspects of our beingโphysical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
As energy extends outward from the body, it is often described as becoming more refined and vibrating at a higher frequency.

Most people are familiar with the circulatory system; a vast network of veins and arteries that carry blood throughout the body. But many ancient healing traditions teach that we also have an energetic network known as the meridian system.
Meridians are believed to be pathways through which life-force energy flows, connecting the body, mind, and emotions. Just as a blockage in circulation can affect physical health, disruptions in energetic flow may contribute to emotional, mental, and physical imbalances.
